Through our mobile phone application, our website and social media pages, we have open and honest conversations that range from Menstrual health and hygiene products to family planning and Sexually transmitted infections.

SABA App is a mobile phone application that incorporates a menstrual period tracking calendar with comprehensive educational material about Menstrual Health, Menstrual hygiene management,  family planning methods, and Sexually transmitted infections. It is expected to equip the youth with knowledge of sexual and reproductive health issues such as the topics stated above and decrease the silence and discrimination as well as tackle the spread of misinformation in our society.
